About Cajun Lee

Lee Adam Romain was born Church Point, Louisiana and raised in the heart of Cajun country. The youngest of seven children, Lee grew up with a strong sense of family and a genuine appreciation for home cooked meals. Lee spent some time in the military, then worked as a reprographer for more than 40 years before settling in the San Antonio area with his wife, Lori. Throughout his life, Lee has enjoyed cooking for large groups, and you'd be hard pressed to find a tastier ribeye than one cooked by Cajun Lee himself.
