Crab Cake Portobello
Add Cajun Lee Spice Blend (CLSB) to a pre-made premium lump crab cake from your local seafood market.
Take a Portobello mushroom and remove the gills.
Add CLSB to olive oil and brush it on a Portobello mushroom, then roast in the oven for about 12 minutes.
Fill the mushroom with the crab cake.
Take ¼ cup Panko bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh Parmesan, & CLSB to taste in a Ziploc bag
Shake well and place on top of the crab cake.
Bake for 10 min, then put under the broiler until browned.
