Cajun Lee Ribeye
Use Black Angus Ribeye, cut 1-1/4” thick.
Ingredients for up to 6 Ribeyes.
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 TB Lemon Juice
1-½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
¾ tsp Cajun Lee Spice Blend
Place Ribeye steaks in baking dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over meat, thoroughly coating both sides. Let steaks marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours, turning every 90 minutes. Take steaks out of refrigerator and place on grill.
Grill should be about 5 to 6 inches from coals or heat.
Bring grill to maximum heat.
Sear steaks on grill for 1 minute each side on a charcoal grill and 2 minutes each side on a gas grill.
Reduce heat to medium. Move steak to indirect heat (130° to 140°). Grill first side for 10 minutes and the second side for 8 minutes for medium rare.
For rare, 2 minutes less on each side.
For medium, 2 minutes more on each side.
