Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb fresh uncooked pan sausage non seasoned

  • Season to taste with Cajun Lee Spice Blend for those that are Celiac or eating Gluten Free

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 1/8 cups Bisquick

  • 5 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.

  5. Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked.

You can use Gluten Free Bisquick for those that are Celiac or eating Gluten Free! :)
